Telemarketing Officer

About the role

This full-time Telemarketing Officer role is based in Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will be part of the Sales - Outbound team at Brandt Business Services Sdn Bhd, responsible for identifying and engaging new customers through effective telemarketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

• Actively make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective outreach campaigns
• Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development
