Telemarketing Executive, Fubon Credit 
Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to cross-sell Credit Card or Personal Loan products to customer to achieve business goals and objectives

Handle inbound unsecured lending applications and related enquiries

Answer customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers

Follow through with related departments to ensure delivery of service commitment to customers

Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and procedures

Requirements:

F.5 or above

1-year experience preferable but not essential

Strong commitment in delivering quality customer service

Good command of Mandarin pref...
