Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Telemarketer to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and take inbound calls to existing and potential guests to promote gaming programs and incentives.
• Promote special events, tournaments, promotions, VIP and loyalty program benefits.
• Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through consistent follow‑up and relationship management.
• Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue contribution.
• Provide guests with accurate information about gaming offerings, resort amenities, promotions and packages.
• Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates.
• Identify high‑value players and promote opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services.
