Role Description

The Telemarketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers, introduce Intellivision’s internet and VoIP offerings, and generate interest in suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for the advisory team, and maintaining accurate records of call outcomes and customer interactions in the CRM system. The role involves handling basic customer inquiries, following up on previous contacts, and meeting individual and team targets related to call volume and conversions. Collaboration with sales and customer service colleagues is expected to ensure a positive experience for every contact and to support overall business growth.
