Telemarketer / Business Development Executive for Corporate Interior Design

We are seeking a driven and confident Telemarketer / Business Development Executive to support our business development efforts in the corporate interior design sector. This role focuses on proactive outreach to prospective clients, with the ability to turn cold calls into hot leads by identifying opportunities, building rapport, and creating interest in office design, fit-out, and refurbishment solutions.

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce the company’s interior design and fit-out services.
• Turn cold call prospects into qualified hot leads through effective communication, relationship-building, and understanding client needs.
• Identify decision-makers such as office managers, procurement teams, HR representatives, and business owners.
• Generate and qualify opportunities for office renovations, workplace upgrades, relocations, and reinstatement projects.
