We are looking for a Junior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Kyiv, Ukraine. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers how to use our products within their solutions, and solve their challenges related to Teltonika Networks products, both in writing and during online/offline meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, and other sources.
