Telecommunication Project Controller

We are currently looking for Telecommunication Project Controller to work in person in Seville or Bilbao

Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration) Delivery & Maintenance Assurance: Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation. Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth. Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.

Job requirements:

Working time: 8x5 Availability to travel around the country. Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in the ICT industry, in customer service management, delivery & maintenance assurance,...
