In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues — diagnosing problems quickly, communicating clearly, and driving resolutions from start to finish. Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or service desk environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / Security Clearance
• Flexible to work shift-based schedules after training
