Telecom / Security System Field Service Engineer

A Telecom / Security System Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications and low-current security systems at client sites. The role ensures high system availability, optimal performance, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Installation & Commissioning Install and configure telecom systems such as: Structured cabling (fiber & copper) PABX / IP telephony systems Network switches (CISCO / JUNIPER / RUGGEDCOM / MOXA), routers, and wireless equipment. Radio (Tetra / UHF / VHF / Aviation) Server / SQL configuration Install and integrate security systems in accordance with HCIS and ARAMCO specifications / guidelines including: CCTV (IP & Analog) Access Control Systems Intrusion Detection / Alarm Systems Public Address (PA) / Voice Evacuation systems Gate barriers, turnstiles, intercoms Road blockers Perform system commissioning, testing, and final acceptance procedures.
