• Administration and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases;
• Management of complex architectures (AlwaysOn, replication, clusters);
• Execution and monitoring of backups and restores (Veritas NetBackup and Commvault);
• Support to internal teams and enterprise clients;
• Incident analysis and troubleshooting;
• Use of ServiceNow as an end user;
• Creation and optimization of T-SQL scripts;
• Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
