This role focuses on managing the procurement execution process by coordinating designed connectivity solutions through cross-functional approvals, order placement, and accurate inventory maintenance using Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms.

Key job responsibilities
Circuit Order Program Management
• Coordinate circuit orders globally based on designed solutions provided by engineering teams
• Place orders with telecom carriers across multiple regions
• Manage order forms and documentation coordination with legal teams
• Oversee order workflows in TEM platform
• Periodically obtain circuit quotes in a timely manner based on validated customer requirements
