This position is an integral part of the Business Operations team and will be responsible for providing expert telecommunication business management knowledge to the Operations & Engineering team as part of delivering solutions, coordinating and performing life cycle activities and driving effective telecommunications expense management.
Your Role Accountabilities
Coordinate and actively manage the ordering and provisioning of telecom services for the Enterprise including all moves, adds and changes
Track and communicate order status
Effectively escalate issues with supplier organizations
Actively manage and track telecom asset inventory
Maintain accurate inventory along with historical information about activities and billing
Performance of auditing and payment functions for supplier telecom invoices in a timely and accurate manner
