Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Telecom NOC Engineer to monitor, support, and maintain our global VoIP and carrier infrastructure. This role is focused on real-time network monitoring, incident response, international carrier coordination, and ensuring high service availability across voice platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in telecom operations, SIP signaling, and VoIP network troubleshooting within a 24/7 NOC environment.
