Telecom Experienced Structural EIT

**Overview**

Kimley-Horn’ Cumming, GA team is seeking a Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our growing Telecom team. Must be willing to travel. This is not a remote position.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform structural analysis and design for telecommunications, buildings, and rooftop structures
+ Assist in preparing engineering calculations, reports, and construction drawings
+ Support design tasks related to tower modifications, equipment upgrades, and reinforcement projects
+ Utilize industry software such as RISA, tnxTower, AutoCAD, or similar tools for modeling and drafting
+ Must be willing to travel and conduct field inspections and site visits to evaluate existing structures and gather data
+ Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, on-time designs
+ Assist with development of construction plans, specifications, and supporting documentation
