Telecom Engineer

• Support the operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems utilized within Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions.
• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize telecommunication equipment and communication infrastructure used for meter data transmission.
• Investigate telecom failures, connectivity issues, communication outages, and suspected tampering incidents, and prepare comprehensive technical reports, including root cause analysis and recommended corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering resource deployment, work status, completed activities, pending issues, and overall project performance in accordance with contract requirements.
• Provide advanced technical support during the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and AMI communication systems.
