Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee and manage wireline/fiber build projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in outside plant (OSP) construction, the ability to lead multiple crews, and the expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Must have fiber experience.
Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day activities of wireline construction projects, including underground and aerial fiber builds. Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and operations teams to ensure timely project starts and completions. Oversee contractor and in-house crews, ensuring adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
