Telecom BIM Designer

Summary: Seeking a Telecom BIM Designer with extensive Revit BIM design experience and proficiency in telecommunications systems design and construction.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of Revit BIM design experience
• Proficiency with NavisWorks and Bluebeam or similar markup software
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry
• Understanding of codes, standards, and their impact on design decisions
• Experience with wiring/cabling connections
• Ability to estimate hours for design and modeling efforts

Preferred Skills:

• At least 6 years of Revit MEP design experience
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry association (TIA) standards
• Design experience in semiconductor/advanced facility environments
• Experience with paging, intercom, audio-visual systems, life safety, security systems, fire alarm...
