Understand client needs, recommend appropriate products/courses, and explain benefits, pricing, and eligibility criteria. Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups via phone and email to drive conversions. Accurately log all client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or lead-tracking software. Address concerns, overcome objections, and build long-term relationships to foster trust. Hand off converted leads to the admissions or sales team and coordinate any necessary paperwork
