Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students/leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain products, services, courses, or offerings clearly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or meetings where required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
- Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
