Freelance Opportunity – IT Support Technician Argentina- Cordoba

At Servicio Latam, we are looking for a Freelance IT Support Technician to provide on-site and on-demand support to our clients in Argentina -cordoba

Responsibilities:

• On-site technical support for users (hardware, software, and basic networking).

• Equipment installations, replacements, and configurations.

• Coordination with remote support for incident resolution.

• Documentation and reports for each visit.

• Execution of L1, L2, and L3 tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (L1 level).

• Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and basic networking.

• Ability to work independently.

• Residence in Cordoba and availability for on-demand visits.
