The Role: What You Will Do

• Training Capability Delivery: Lead the strategic delivery, implementation, and tracking of training frameworks designed specifically for IT associates supporting TechOps.
• GxP Compliance & Inspection Readiness: Oversee the comprehensive assignment, tracking, and reporting of personnel training. Ensure robust, audit-ready evidence is seamlessly provided to Health Authorities inspectors.
• Content & Scope Leadership: Develop, implement, and champion scope management strategies and best practices for large-scale training initiatives, managing changes with minimal disruption.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Lead the analysis of complex, cross-boundary delivery problems, define strategic solution options, and drive consensus across global teams.
