Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Scouting & Analysis Continuously monitor and analyze emerging technologies in automotive and adjacent industries (., AI, EVs, autonomous driving, connectivity, materials, manufacturing, and sustainability). Develop technology radar updates and comprehensive insights reports for product concepting and leadership team. 
Strategic Advisory & Integration Collaborate with product concepting teams and adjacent functions (including Purchasing, PD engineering, Planning and Program teams) to translate tech trends into actionable strategies and plans. Recommend technology adoption or partnerships that align with business goals and innovation roadmap. Support build vs. buy vs. partner decision-making. 
Ecosystem Engagement Build relationships with suppliers, technology partners and startups. Participate in selected tech conferences / forums, and innovation events to exchange tech insights.
