Technology Scouting Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Technology Scouting & Analysis**
+ Continuously monitor and analyze emerging technologies in automotive and adjacent industries (e.g., AI, EVs, autonomous driving, connectivity, materials, manufacturing, and sustainability).
+ Develop technology radar updates and comprehensive insights reports for product concepting and leadership team.
+ **Strategic Advisory & Integration**
+ Collaborate with product concepting teams and adjacent functions (including Purchasing, PD engineering, Planning and Program teams) to translate tech trends into actionable strategies and plans.
+ Recommend technology adoption or partnerships that align with business goals and innovation roadmap.
+ Support build vs. buy vs. partner decision-making.
+ **Ecosystem Engagement**
+ Build relationships with suppliers, technology partners and startups.
+ Participate in selected tech conferences / forums, and innovation events to exchange tech insights...
