• Quote, order, and manage accounts, including mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as pre‑qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration, and product information.
• Develop efficient practices to serve business needs and work on special projects for clients and the sales force.
• Build relationships with other departments to increase efficiencies.
