Technology Programme Manager

Position Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for a Technology Programme Manager to join our Business Change & PMO Team here at Wokingham Borough Council. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract on a hybrid basis. You will take lead responsibility for supporting the daily delivery of programmes across Council Directorates, ensuring successful implementation and impact management.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily delivery of Technology Programmes across Council Directorates.
• Coordinate a strategic portfolio, working closely with Business Change colleagues, especially the PMO, Programme Delivery Manager and Project Managers to ensure successful implementation and impact management.
• Track programme-level risks across the Council, escalating appropriately and facilitating risk and assurance sessions with senior leaders to mitigate potential issues and support successful delivery of services.
