Technology Program Coordinator
Melbourne CBD | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
6-Month Contract
The Role
We're working with a growing organisation undergoing a significant uplift across its technology function.
They've built a strong, multi-disciplinary team across IT, data, engineering, operations, and cyber, and are now looking to introduce greater structure, alignment, and delivery discipline.
This role will act as the central coordination point across the technology team, bringing clarity to planning, improving delivery cadence, and ensuring work is aligned and visible across the function.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and embed delivery rhythms (sprints, quarterly planning, prioritisation sessions)
Coordinate multiple workstreams across IT, Data, Cyber and Engineering teams
Improve alignment, visibility, and accountability across the portfolio
