Technology manager

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager (Delivery Leader) to drive large-scale programs, lead high-performing teams, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Must Have
12+ years of experience with 3+ years in delivery/tech leadership roles
Managed more than 3 projects simultaneously with a team size of more than 20 (direct & indirect reports).
Degree in Bachelors and more than that.
Strong stakeholder management & executive communication
Delivery management - Agile, Waterfall or hybrid
People leadership: appraisals, coaching, succession
Risk identification, escalation & mitigation
Technology acumen: Enterprise platforms, integrations, Full stack development
Business analysis & translating needs into tech roadmaps
Cross-geography & cross-functional collaboration
Strong command over program governance & reporting
Cost management & resource planning awareness
