• Act as central interface between product development, process development and machine development teams.
• Lead industrialization activities for stator manufacturing from concept to SOP.
• Coordinate process development, equipment development and line realization.
• Manage development plans, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Define industrialization requirements and process specifications.
• Ensure process robustness and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive equipment sourcing and supplier coordination activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong experience in stator production technologies.
