Technology Coordinator (Transmission)_ EM

• Lead industrialization activities for transmission manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate process development and machine development activities.
• Define manufacturing requirements and line concepts.
• Manage equipment realization from concept to SOP.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Support supplier selection and equipment sourcing.
• Drive process readiness and manufacturing excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Transmission Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in gearbox/transmission manufacturing.
• Experience with gear machining, assembly and testing processes.
• Strong project management and industrialization experience.
• Knowledge of automated assembly systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
