Role Purpose:

To design, plan, deliver and evaluate experimental projects in support of delivering market/platform/operational technical objectives for new polymer/science, applications, processes or optimisation of existing products and processes

Principal Accountabilities:

(Areas such as planning, organising, directing, innovating, budgeting, staffing etc. as well as meeting specific

objectives within the job purpose.)

• Supports technical feasibility assessments on portfolio/operations projects

• Designs, plans, delivers and evaluates experimental chemistry/materials projects to

develop new technical solutions in supporting delivery of strategic/tactical projects

• Designs, plan, delivers and evaluates experimental chemistry/materials projects in

support of scale-up (e.g. plant trials) activities, aimed at new product launch or
