Technician/Senior Technician (M&E Services, 1 year contract)

Job Description

Our Client is a Japanese-listed Building Developer Company. The Technician/Senior Technician (M&E Services) will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting M&E systems and ensuring smooth building operations.

You will report to the Senior Manager (Building Service & M&E Services).


【Responsibilities】
- Attend joint inspection with tenant’s contractor related to fitting out and reinstatement works
- Perform basic building maintenance such as ACMV, electrical & plumbing, Sanitary works, etc
- Perform kitchen hood filter chemical servicing to all speciality Restaurants
- Inspect common areas within the shopping centre and tenant’s premises when necessary
- Record & update daily maintenance, Weekly ＆ monthly inspection reports
- Inspect and identify defects such as power failure, leakage and aircon issues etc
