Technician/Senior Technician (M&E Services, 1 year contract)

Our Client is a Japanese-listed Building Developer Company. The Technician/Senior Technician (M&E Services) will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting M&E systems and ensuring smooth building operations. You will report to the Senior Manager (Building Service & M&E Services).

• Attend joint inspection with tenant’s contractor related to fitting out and reinstatement works
• Perform basic building maintenance such as ACMV, electrical & plumbing, Sanitary works, etc.
• Perform kitchen hood filter chemical servicing to all speciality Restaurants
• Inspect common areas within the shopping centre and tenant’s premises when necessary
• Record & update daily maintenance, weekly & monthly inspection reports
• Inspect and identify defects such as power failure, leakage and aircon issues, etc.
