Technician/Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues



Perform preventive maintenance on air-conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment



Install, troubleshoot, and repair appliances and technical equipment



Conduct regular inspections and respond to urgent repair needs



Coordinate with branch heads for maintenance scheduling



Ensure safety standards and compliance in all technical work



Qualifications:

High school graduate or vocational/technical course graduate



At least 1–2 years of experience in general repair and maintenance



Experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems is required



Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, gas systems, carpentry, or related fields



Able to work independently with minimal supervision



Can perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
