Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities Technician Responsibilities:
Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building works and M&E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system. Involved in coordination and supervisor of construction works Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned Responsible for effective site management which include safety inspection and quality control of materials and plants on site Required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
