Job Description

Our UHNW client, who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor.

 The overall scope is to monitor the efficient and safe operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment essential to the day-to-day operation of a private estate. The role includes reporting on the state of repairs of buildings, plant, and machinery as part of a regular inspection routine, whilst supervising Technicians on site under the Chief Engineer’s instructions.

 General Duties and Responsibilities:
 Carry out routine inspections of buildings, services, and equipment.
 Report on repairs and maintenance requirements of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as carpentry, paintwork, general building, and landscaping.
 Monitor the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule on site.
 Ensure efficient completion of day-to-day departmental tasks.
