Job Description  
Involves Facilities management & building services 
Supervisor OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing, e.g: Compressor) & non OEM vendors for repairs to building-installations, fixture & ACMV (i.e: aircon mechanical ventilation) 
Hands-on in basic electric wiring, changing light bulbs, plumbing, painting & general building services 
Has basic computer skills 
Willing & able to work rotating shift according to duty roster  
Morning shift – 6.30am – 4.30pm 
Normal shift – 8am – 5.30pm 
Nightshift – 4pm – 1am 
Time indicated are subject to change.  
Process own transport
