TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/ systems.

To maintain the machines and equipment in good order to support production process according to the preventive maintenance schedule.

To routinely check on machinery for signs of fault in order to prevent or minimize downtime and interruptions.

To initiate improvement on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase its efficiency.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Manager & Supervisor from time to time.

Respond to emergency calls for production machine, manufacturing plants issues and ensure the issues are rectified promptly.

Keep the workplace environment clean and safe (5S)
