Execution of Production plan (blow molding) and to achieve targeted OEE and NEE.Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule.Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time.Targeted wastage reduction.Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same.Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process StabilityEffective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.Ensure cleanliness of machinery and 5S on production shop floor.Issuance and reconciliation of Material (RM,MB, Packing Material) as per Job Order.Daily monitoring and clearance of Hold Material and reduction of hold percentage on monthly basis.Maintain KPI of respective Technol...
