Technician, Processing Facilities

Providing support to manufacturing by analyzing crude raw materials, in-process, and finished products - solvent and refrigerant analysis;
must be willing to workweekends and the afternoon/night/split shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Successful candidate will perform a variety of analytical tests on samples, including refrigerant analysis

- Write up tests performed and log results in computer database

- Maintain records and results of all tests performed

- Ability to work independently and perform troubleshooting as needed

- Communicate and liaise with other departments

- Know and apply good laboratory practices

- Must be safety conscious, including housekeeping to maintain a safe work area

- Maintain good working relationship with co-workers, management and customers

- Some overtime required

- Other duties as requested by Supervisor
