Technician, Metallurgy

An exciting opportunity exists for a Metallurgy Technician to join our new department at LAMP, Kuantan. He/ she will support metallurgical testing, pilot plant operations, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable technical data, safe operations, and successful development of new and existing processing technologies.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform metallurgical testing, sample preparation, laboratory analyses, and pilot plant trials to evaluate process performance, validate new processing routes, and support process development initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report laboratory and operational data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely documentation to support engineering evaluations, troubleshooting, process simulations, and scale-up activities.
