Verify the production plan and ensure that ongoing production activities are aligned with the scheduled planEnsure that all machines are operating within the defined cycle times and correct any deviations immediatelyEnsure the dosing ingredients are running as per production order.Ensure the machine and area around in ideal conditions. Verify that the previous day's production reports are completed accurately and reflect all downtimes transparentlyEnsure that 5S standards are consistently implemented and sustained on shopfloor.Verify the production report and unplanned downtimes.Follow safety guidelines and ensure safety at workplace.Ensure that team is working with all safety precautions & under HSE rules.Ensure the CTO & waste bookings are on time.Ensure the cavities are running as per standard production....
