Why This Role Matters
As a Technician, Fleet Service Belgium, you will audit the service quality delivered by Goodyear service partners to contracted PPK fleets and ensure service policy compliance, service effectiveness and cost efficiencies in line with aligned objectives through performance of regular field audits and tracking of service KPI's.
What You’ll Do
Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to feedback audit findings and recommend improvement plans to ensure delivery of contracted service level and cost improvements.
