Job Description
JOB SCOPE for Technician Coordinator:
Receiving incoming service request from customers (via online form, calls, or WhatsApp messages.
Coordinate with service agents and customers on servicing time, and terms and conditions.
Track service progress from service request to completion.
File servicing report for service feedback collected from service agents, and liaise with engineers on common servicing issues.
Manage servicing dispute with customers.
Assist with walk-in technical product checking / servicing, or return goods.
Requirements:
Have experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet.
Have good command in Bahasa and English
Have experience in customer-facing support.
(optional) have basic electrical / technical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month...
