Technician (Conventional Machinist)

Location: 10 Loyang Cres, Phase 1, Singapore.

Role Type: Onsite

• Operate various conventional machining equipment, such as manual lathe, bores, milling machine and EDM.
• Perform machining dimensional fits & clearance checks per OEM technical manuals (CIR, MM, SPM).
• Perform various bench repair works such as blending, inserts & broken stud replacement.
• Interpret machining dimensions & understand the requirements from technical drawings.
• Inspect work using conventional measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier caliper and dial indicator to verify conformance to specifications.
• Assist line supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by Workshop Engineer/Manager.
