Summary:

This role entails providing high quality repairs and maintenance of food service equipment to ourclients.

Reports to: After-Sales Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

General Listen to customer concerns and communicate all job-related topics in an efficient and comprehensive manner. Attend to emergency calls on equipment repair issues. Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to repair or maintenance problems. Maintenance, Faultfindingand Repairs Technical fault/problemdiagnosis on site, remotely or atour customers' site. Provide on-site repairs, maintenance, installations, off-site remote troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial catering and food service equipment. Read andcomprehendwiring diagrams, follow manuals on operation and installation Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing. Prioritize repair queue.
