We have an outstanding Contract position for a Technician to join a leading Company located in the Binghamton, NY surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $20.00
The Printed Circuit Board Assembly Test Technician performs
test
and troubleshooting on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA's) and operates PCBA assembly and test equipment to support department output objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of complex technical functions related to the assembly, test
and
troubleshooting of PCBA's.
Run Genrad Test and Flying Probe Test Machines.
Perform troubleshooting of failed PCBA's and PCBA's removed from top-level assemblies, to the component level. Utilize assembly prints, mechanical part drawings, schematics, and electronic equipment such as DMM's, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, frequency counters, pressure indicators, etc.
Effectively perform, document
and
communicate the results of the failure analysis.
