**Job Description**
This role involves performing a wide variety of hands-on tasks in an outdoor, construction-focused environment, including installing protective fencing, completing general site clean-up, assisting with basic installations, and supporting field crews with day-to-day operational needs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install silt or silk fencing and other protective barriers on construction sites to control debris and erosion.
+ Perform general site clean-up, including trash pick-up and removal of debris to maintain a safe and organized work area.
+ Lay sod and assist with basic landscaping tasks as needed on job sites.
+ Dig holes, set posts in the ground, and assist with building fences and other simple structures.
+ Spray lines and mark locations to support accurate placement of materials and equipment.
+ Assist with general post spotting and other field tasks as directed by site leadership.
