About the role

We are seeking to appoint a technician to support the Design and Technology Department. Grade 5. £13.26 per hour. Annual salary £22,303 with possible increments to £22,961. Term time only, 39 weeks.

The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the head of department, and work primarily within resistant materials. Duties and responsibilities will be varied, and will include maintenance of workrooms and equipment, ordering and preparing materials for lessons, and supporting students with their learning and project work. A key responsibility will be maintaining Health and Safety records within the department.
