Job Overview: As a Tech 3 , you will be providing advanced hands-on technical support to employees through a walk-up IT Tech Bar service, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, and assisting with a wide range of IT-related requests.

Location: Redditch B98 7UB

Contract Dates: 1 June 2026 - 31st May 2027

Pay Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.85 PAYE) OR £25.75 per hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours a week)
