Technical Writer

In this role, you will work closely with Value Stream Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and project teams to develop and maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation. This includes SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and job aids that support both SAP implementation and broader operational processes.

You will also play a key role in transitioning Quality Management System (QMS) documentation into ETQ, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all process documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture end-to-end business processes
• Translate complex operational workflows into clear documentation
• Support UAT, training preparation, and go-live readiness activities
• Maintain document control, versioning, and consistency standards
• Assist in transitioning QMS documents into ETQ
